Taxes

All prices displayed on our store are inclusive of any applicable taxes. You will not be charged any additional taxes at checkout. The price you see is the price you pay.

Fraud Prevention

Raekon Global LLC takes fraud prevention seriously. All orders are subject to security checks and verification processes to protect both our customers and our business. We reserve the right to cancel any order that is flagged as potentially fraudulent or that cannot be verified. In such cases, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method. If your order is cancelled for this reason, you will be notified by email.

When Payment is Charged

Payment is collected in full at the time your order is placed. Your order will not be processed or fulfilled until payment has been successfully received.

Order Cancellation

If a payment is flagged, declined, or an issue arises after an order is placed, we reserve the right to cancel the order. You will be notified via email if your order is cancelled and a full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7 business days. If you wish to cancel an order yourself, please contact us as soon as possible at info@esmebelle.com as we are unable to cancel orders that have already been dispatched.

Currency

All prices on our store are displayed and charged in USD (US Dollars). We exclusively serve customers within the United States.

Failed or Declined Payments

If your payment is declined, please check that your card details are entered correctly and that your billing address matches the one registered with your bank. If the issue persists, try an alternative payment method or contact your bank directly. For further assistance, reach out to our support team at info@esmebelle.com.

Disputes and Chargebacks

If you believe there has been an error with a charge on your account, we encourage you to contact us at info@esmebelle.com before initiating a chargeback with your bank. We will do our best to resolve any issues quickly and fairly. Chargebacks initiated without prior contact may result in delays in resolving your case. Raekon Global LLC reserves the right to dispute any chargeback that is filed without a reasonable attempt to resolve the issue directly with us first.

Order Confirmation

Once your payment has been successfully processed, you will receive an order confirmation email to the address provided at checkout. If you do not receive a confirmation within 24 hours, please check your spam folder or contact us at info@esmebelle.com.

Refunds

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method used at checkout. Please allow 7 business days for the refund to be processed on our end, plus an additional 3–5 business days for your bank or payment provider to complete the transaction.
