We offer free standard shipping on all orders within the United States, with no minimum spend required. We do not offer international shipping at this time. Shipping is fulfilled via major US carriers including USPS, FedEx, and UPS
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days, Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays. Processing times may be extended during periods of high order volume. We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion, in which case a full refund will be issued.
Cancellations are only possible if the order has not yet been fulfilled or dispatched. There is no guaranteed cancellation window — eligibility depends on fulfillment status at the time of the request. Once dispatched, cancellation is not possible and you may return the item upon delivery.
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. There are no restocking fees. Store credit is issued for change-of-mind returns. Faulty or defective items are eligible for a free replacement.
A fault is defined as a structural defect, broken hardware, visible tear or gap in fabric, or an incorrect item shipped. Minor loose threads or slight wire displacement are considered normal garment characteristics and do not constitute a defect.
