At Raekon Global LLC, operating as esmebelle, we are committed to delivering your order reliably and on time. We offer free standard shipping on all orders within the United States and Australia, with no minimum spend required.


Shipping Destination

We currently ship to the United States and Australia. We do not offer shipping to other international destinations at this time.

  • Standard shipping (United States): Free on all orders
  • Standard shipping (Australia): Free on all orders

Shipping Carriers

We ship using major and trusted carriers to ensure your order arrives safely and on time. Depending on your location and order, your shipment may be fulfilled via:

  • USPS (United States Postal Service)
  • FedEx
  • UPS
  • Australia Post
  • Other major carriers operating within the United States and Australia

The carrier used for your order will be confirmed in your shipping confirmation email along with your tracking number.


Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days, Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays. Processing times may be extended during periods of high order volume or public holidays.


Estimated Delivery Time

 

United States

  • Processing time: 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday)
  • Standard transit: 4–9 business days (Monday to Friday)
  • Total estimated delivery: 5–12 business days from order date

Australia

  • Processing time: 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday)
  • Standard transit: 7–15 business days (Monday to Friday)
  • Total estimated delivery: 8–18 business days from order date
  • Delivery to remote Australian postcodes may take longer due to carrier limitations in those regions

Order cut-off time: 6:00 PM EST — orders placed after this begin processing the next business day.

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, weather conditions, public holidays, or other factors outside our control.


Shipping Charges and Refunds

Shipping is completely free on all orders with no minimum spend required. There are no shipping charges to refund as we cover all shipping costs for our customers.


Customer Address Responsibility

It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the shipping address provided at checkout is complete and accurate. Raekon Global LLC is not liable for any delays, failed deliveries, or losses resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address being provided. If you notice an error in your shipping address after placing your order, please contact us immediately at info@esmebelle.com and we will do our best to update it before dispatch.


Shipping Restrictions

We currently do not ship to:

  • PO Box addresses
  • Military addresses (APO/FPO/DPO)

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. Please note that tracking information may take 24–48 hours to update after your shipping confirmation email is received. If your tracking has not updated after 48 hours, please contact us at info@esmebelle.com and we will look into it for you.


Failed Delivery or Returned Packages

If delivery fails due to an incorrect address or refusal of delivery, the package may be returned. We will contact you to arrange reshipment at no additional cost to you.


Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order is lost in transit or arrives damaged, contact us at info@esmebelle.com with your order number and photographs where applicable. Customers with Damaged/Faulty packages will receive a free replacement.
